Domestic Payment Options


Internet: Make secure payments online with your credit card any time.

Phone: Call 1300 362 589 to make secure credit card payments, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Direct Debit Request: Make automatic payments directly from a nominated bank account or credit card. Call 1300 657 344.

Telephone & Internet Banking BPAY®: Contact your bank or financial institution to make this payment from your cheque, savings or transaction account. More info www.bpay.com.au.

Australia Post: Make a payment at any Australia Post Office, using cash, cheque or debit cards.

Mail: Send a cheque (made payable to SmartaPay the Reference Number) to SmartaPay, Locked 9, Gold Coast Mail Centre, QLD, 9726.
